City Arts is a new affordable housing apartment development specifically for artists in Baltimore’s Station North Arts and Entertainment District. The apartment building features units located in one of the City’s most eclectic neighborhoods near the Maryland Institute College of Art. City Arts was designed to comply with Enterprise Green Communities, but did not seek certification or grants. This building uses approximately 19% less energy than a similar baseline building.
