The Southpark Pickleball Facility, situated along W. County Line Road between S. Elati Street and S. Broadway, serves the pickleball community within the South Suburban Park and Recreation District and the Highlands Ranch Metro District. This outdoor recreation facility addresses the growing demand for pickleball amenities within driving distance of numerous residential neighborhoods.

Featuring 19 courts spanning two areas bisected by a Private Drive, the complex navigates unique design challenges posed by approximately 20 to 30 feet of grade change on each side of the site while maintaining minimal slopes. Each side of the facility, includes parking and provides accessible pedestrian connectivity ensuring seamless court access and safe crossing of the Private Drive.

Amenities on both sides of the facility include restroom/storage buildings, a large picnic shelter accommodating up to 64 people, two smaller picnic shelters along the main pedestrian corridor,
bicycle racks, court-side seating,  shade trees and native planting areas.
