With more than 30 years of architectural and construction experience in both public and private sectors, Harry specializes in public safety facility planning. His expertise spans strategic planning, programming, sustainable design, and full-service project development—anchored by a commitment to lasting client relationships and high-impact, enduring solutions.
As HCM’s Public Safety Market Leader, Harry drives the firm’s vision and execution in mission-critical environments, including law enforcement, fire/rescue, emergency management, 911 communications, and command and control facilities. He leads client engagement, sales strategy, and the delivery of complex, high-performance projects from concept through completion.
In parallel with his public safety leadership, Harry continues to shape the future of academic facility planning through a dedicated focus on education infrastructure and energy strategy. His work helps institutions align campus development with long-range capital plans and sustainability goals. A frequent speaker on academic planning and integrated energy systems, Harry remains active in regional and national professional organizations.
